Mr. Deep Chandra Joshi, the learned counsel
holding brief of Mr. Dharmesh Kumar, the learned counsel for
the petitioners, submits that now, things have been settled
down and there is no need of protection to the petitioners.
2. In view of the above statement, the writ petition is
dismissed as infructuous.
