A.O. No. 162 OF 2022
Between:

Upon hearing the learned Counsel, the Court made the following
JUDGMENT : (per Sri S.K. Mishra, A.C.J.)
This Appeal has been filed challenging the order
dated 25.03.2022, passed by the learned Additional
Judge Family Court, Dehradun, in an Application under
Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for a sum of
Rs. 15,000/- towards litigation expenses and Rs.
20,000/- towards the interim maintenance.
2. It is apparent from the record that that the
appellant's annual income is Rs. 7,40,600/- for the
financial year 2020-21.
3. Hence, we do not find any reason to entertain
the present Appeal, as the order dated 25.03.2022
passed by the learned Additional Judge, Family Court,
Dehradun is correct.
4. The present Appeal is, therefore, dismissed. No
order as to costs.
