JUDGMENT : (per Sri Vipin Sanghi, C.J.)
The present appeal is directed against the
order dated 26.05.2022, whereby the appellant's/
defendant's application, under Section 10 of the Code of
Civil Procedure, 1908, has been rejected.
2. The present appeal is not maintainable, under
Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, since the
impugned order is an interlocutory order.
3. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as not
maintainable.
4. In sequel thereto, all pending applications also
stand rejected.
