After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner
seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to invoke the
arbitration agreement, contained in the Memorandum of
Understanding between the parties, dated 07.10.2021.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
