Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

After some length of arguments, learned counsel for the applicant confined his prayer that applicant may be permitted to move an application seeking bail and the Court below may be directed to decide the same expeditiously, in view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of 'Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation and another', in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 5191 of 2021 decided on 07.10.2021.

In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction that in case the applicant puts his presence and moves an application for bail, the concerned Court will decide the bail application of the applicant expeditiously in view of the aforementioned judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil (Supra).
