JUDGMENT: (per SRI S.K. MISHRA, A.C.J.)
Mr. Rajesh Pandey, the learned counsel for the
petitioners, wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with
liberty to file a fresh petition with better particular.
2. Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as
withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh
petition with better particulars.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a
memo to that effect. The same shall be kept on record.
