The present Revision has been filed under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 against the judgment dated 20.05.2022, passed by the learned IInd Additional District Judge/ Judge, Small Cause Court, Udham Singh Nagar in S.C.C. No.23 of 2015, "Moh. Zubair vs. Sh. Ali Hasan", whereby the said suit, filed by the revisionist-plaintiff, has been dismissed.

Heard Mr. Atul Kumar Bansal, the learned counsel for the revisionist.

The learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the provisions of Section 13 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent And Eviction) Act, 1972, are not applicable in the present matter and a notice dated 06.07.2015 was given by the plaintiff to the defendant and the said notice was received by him on 09.07.2015, and, after lapse of thirty days from the said date i.e. 09.07.2015, the said suit was filed.

Admit.

Issue notice to the respondent. Steps to be taken within a week.
