This writ petition was disposed of by this Court by the judgment dated 11.04.2022, directing the Presiding Officer, to decide Adjudication Case No.31 of 2018, Kailash Chandra Pandey and others vs. Factory Manager and Plant Head M/S Gujrat Ambuja Export Ltd., within a period of three months as directed therein.

Later on, the aforesaid time period provided by the order of 11.04.2022 was extended by a later order of 21.07.2022 and the time extension application was not entertained by this Court.

Today, the matter is listed on yet another Time Extension Appl. No.03 of 2022 filed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Haldwani District Nainital, seeking extension of time, this Court being conscious of the fact that the earlier time extension application has already been rejected.

This aspect would be unbecoming of an act of the judicial officer of not complying with the earlier orders and even after the rejection of the first time extension application the subsequent recurring time extension application has been filed. The Time Extension Appl. No.03 of 2022 is rejected with a caution to ensure to decide the proceedings within the time period already provided by the order of 11.04.2022.
