In the meantime, there shall be stay of the effect

and operation of the ex-parte Best Judgment

Assessment Order dated 30.03.2022, passed by the

respondent No.3- National Faceless Assessment, order

under Section 144 read with Section 147 of the

Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to the condition that

the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/-

(Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) before the authority

concerned within a period of four weeks from today.

Stay Application (IA No.01 of 2022) stands

disposed of.
