This First Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 11.03.2022, passed by the learned Ist Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haridwar in Original Suit No.71 of 2016, "Bhatia Bhawan Trust and Others vs. Ganga Prasad Trikha", whereby the original suit of the respondents-plaintiffs for eviction and mesne profit, has been allowed.

Heard Mr. Siddhartha Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Aditya Singh, learned counsel for all the respondents.

The First Appeal is admitted. The learned counsel for the appellant requested to consider the stay application.

The learned counsel for the appellant requested six weeks' time to deposit all the decreetal amount.

The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

Post this case on 24.05.2022. The appellant is directed to deposit all the decreetal amount within six weeks from today before the learned trial court and subject to the said conditions, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 11.03.2022 is stayed till the further orders.
