Heard learned counsel for the parties. Mr. Rakesh Thapliyal, Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment rendered in Writ Petition (M/S) No. 1320 of 2021, whereby the order of reference dated 01.01.2021 has been quashed and also the judgment rendered in WPMS No. 945 of 2019, whereby the award rendered by Industrial Tribunal, Haldwani was confirmed in this writ petition has become infructuous.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed .
