                                     JUDGMENT

Petitioners have filed a suit for cancellation of sale deed, which is registered as Original Suit No. 248 of 2012 in the Court of Ist Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun.

2. By means of this petition, petitioners have sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite disposal of the said suit.

3. Learned counsels for the petitioners have apprised the Court that the plaintiffs' witnesses are to be cross-examined.

4. Having regard to the fact that the aforesaid suit was filed in the year 2012, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a request to learned Court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 248 of 2012, as early as possible, preferably within 14 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
