This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 27.02.2020 passed by Judge, Family Court, Udham Singh Nagar, in misc. criminal case no.08/2015, "Smt. Neeraj Gupta Vs. Dhananjay Gupta".

Heard on the stay application (IA/2/2021) From the perusal of the order dated 27.02.2020 it is clear that the concerned Court allowed the maintenance in favour of the respondent @ Rs.8,000/- per month simply on the basis of photographs of the revisionist. Apart from the above photographs, as per list 47-C, no other documents regarding the income was submitted by the respondent before the concerned Court below.
Issue notice to the respondent. Steps to be taken within seven days. List the matter on 28.10.2021. In the meantime, the revisionist will pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month instead of Rs.8,000/- per month as awarded by the concerned Court below.
