                         JUDGMENT

After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer and submits that Deputy Director Consolidation, Haridwar be directed to decide Revision No. 138 of 2018-19 (Old No. 16 of 2017-18) at the earliest.

2. Having regard to the fact that the said Revision was filed in the year 2017, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Deputy Director Consolidation, Haridwar to decide the aforesaid Revision, after hearing the parties, as early as possible; but, not later than nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
