JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)
Having argued the case at quite a length, the
learned counsel for the appellant seeks liberty to withdraw
the writ petition with a liberty to file a proper writ petition.
The liberty, so prayed, is hereby granted.
Since the permission to withdraw the writ
petition is hereby granted, therefore, the Special Appeal
