                         JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Pradeep Hairiya, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite parties submits that the only direction issued by Writ Court was to grant minimum of pay scale to the petitioners. He has drawn attention of this Court to para 3 of the compliance affidavit filed by Mr. Nitesh Kumar Jha, Secretary, Medical Education, Uttarakhand, where it has been stated that the order passed by Writ Court has been complied with, inasmuch as, Government Order was issued on 21.08.2018 in this regard.

2. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the

statement made by learned Standing Counsel for the opposite parties.

3.        In   such     view   of   the   matter,   the
contempt petitions are closed.      Notices issued to

the opposite parties are hereby discharged.
