                                JUDGMENT

of 2021, under Section 33 (C) (2) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, which is pending before Labour Court, Haridwar.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said case is for release of the retrial dues of the petitioner.

3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the said case.

4. Having regard to the fact and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Labour Court, Haridwar to hear and decide the Misc. Case No. 11 of 2021, as early as possible, preferably within 6 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
