                           JUDGMENT

By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-

"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the respondent's authorities to make payment of Rs.2,19,781.00 of the interest for late payment to the petitioner as he has completed his work.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the respondent's authorities to make the interest for late payment to the petitioner with interest 18% interest i.e. Rs.2,19,781.00.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation for redressal of his grievances to respondent no.3. He therefore makes a prayer that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to consider petitioner's representation.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to

consider petitioner's request as made in his representation and take appropriate decision as per law, as early as possible, but not later than six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
