This petition was disposed of by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma. The matter was carried to the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 5667 of 2021 arising out of SLP No. 2815 of 2020, which was disposed of by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment dated 13.09.2021 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court remanded the matter back to this Court.

So, in all fitness of things, Registry is directed to take appropriate instructions from Hon'ble the Chief Justice and list the matter accordingly.
