The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a precise relief, that an appropriate direction may be issue to respondent no.2, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2020, for the withdrawal of fee deposited by her, in favour of the respondents/institution.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is being disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Dehradun Institution of Technology (DIT), Dehradun Uttarakhand i.e. respondent no.2 herein to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of the certified copy of this judgment.

Subject to the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
