This government appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 16.12.2020 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (JD), Gopeshwar, in Criminal Complaint Case No.310 of 2017, State vs. Satish Chandra and others, whereby the learned court below acquitted the respondents.

Special leave to appeal application has been moved, in which, sufficient grounds have been shown.

Accordingly, leave to appeal application is allowed. Leave is granted.
