Heard.

This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 20.02.2021 passed by learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate/ 1st Addl. Civil Judge (SD), Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, in Criminal Complaint No.2326 of 2017, Sahab Singh vs. Bhanu Pratap, whereby the learned court below acquitted the respondent no.2 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

Special leave to appeal application has been moved, in which, sufficient grounds have been shown.

Accordingly, leave to appeal application is allowed. Leave is granted.

Admit.

Summon the LCR.

Issue notice to respondent no.2. Steps be taken within seven days. List after service.
