WPMS No.1679 of 2019
Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J.
Mr. Bhupesh Kandpal, Advocate for the review applicant/petitioner.
Mr. T.S. Phartiyal, Addl. C.S.C. for the State.
There is a delay of 431 days in filing the instant review application.
Delay is not opposed by the respondent's counsel. Delay is, therefore, condoned. Delay condonation application stands allowed.
Under the garb of this review application, petitioner wants to reargue his case. It is settled position in law that review of a judgment can be made on very limited ground and there has to be an error apparent on the face of record so as to invoke the review jurisdiction. This is not the case here.
Even otherwise also, this review application has been filed by a new counsel. Earlier the matter was argued by Mr. Pradeep Kumar Chauhan, Advocate.
In any view of the matter, this Court does not find any reason to review the final order dated 18.06.2019. Review application is dismissed accordingly.
