This appeal has been preferred by the plaintiff/appellant against the judgment and decree dated 21.12.2019, passed by the learned District Judge, Chamoli (Gopeshwar) in Civil Appeal No.03 of 2014 "Mahendra Lal and others Vs. Chandra Singh", along with the delay condonation application explaining the delay of 348 days, which has chanced in filing of the second appeal.

Issue notices to the respondents on the delay condonation application. Steps to be taken by the plaintiff/appellant within a period of ten days from today.
