Mr. Rajesh Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. Sanpreet Singh Ajmani, learned counsel put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and submits that he may be permitted to file his vakalatanama.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present criminal writ petition may be converted as revision. In order to support his argument, he placed reliance on the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in WPCRL No. 516 of 2019 on 18.02.2020. To this, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.
In the light of the judgment passed by the Divison Bench of this Court in WPCRL No. 516 of 2019 on 18.02.2020, Registry is directed to do the needful in this regard.
Thereafter, list this matter before the appropriate Bench.
Meanwhile, vakalatanama may also be filed.
