JUDGMENT
According to the petitioner, he made an application under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act, for demarcation of his land, which is still pending. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a mandamus, directing the respondent to complete the demarcation within some stipulated time.
2. Learned Brief Holder submits that if petitioner's application is still pending, the decision thereupon would be taken expeditiously.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider petitioner's application for demarcation and pass appropriate order thereupon, in accordance with law,
as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
