                             JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question involved in this writ petition has been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 30.09.2020 rendered in WPMS No. 1682 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Since the controversy involved now stands settled by the aforesaid judgment, therefore, the writ

petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 30.09.2020 rendered in WPMS No. 1682 of 2020 and respondent no. 3 is directed to decide petitioner's representation (annexure no. 7 to the writ petitions), in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order along with copy of representation(s).
