This is a highly belted writ petition giving a challenge to the revisional court's judgment rendered by the court of IInd Additional District Judge in an SCC Revision, which was preferred under Section 25, which later stood adjudicated by the judgment of 16.07.2019.

Put up this writ petition on 08.03.2021, as fresh. In the meantime, the counsel for the petitioner would complete his instructions with regards to the status of any execution proceedings, if it has been filed by the landlord and at what stage, the proceedings are.
