Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner.

This writ petition was already disposed of by this Court vide its judgment dated 27.08.2018, thereby directing the court of 1st Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun, to expedite the proceedings of Suit No.908 of 1998 "Harminder Singh and another Vs. Charanjit Singh & another", as it was pending under consideration for a sufficient long time i.e. ever since 1998.

Today the matter is listed on an administrative application, which has been filed by the court of 8th Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Dehradun, wherein, the court has expressed its inability to decide the matter within the time period, which was provided by this Court on account of various personal reasons as given in her correspondence dated 10.02.2021, which is inclusive of sanctioned child care leave, which was granted to her on an administrative side.

Considering the reasons given therein, the aforesaid request made for extension of time would stand allowed. The court concerned is granted further two months time, to decide the aforesaid suit as already directed by this Court by the judgment of 27.08.2018.

Time extension application stands disposed of accordingly.
