 The Court made the following:

 JUDGMENT : (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)


              In pursuance of the Government Order dated

 04.02.2021, the Government has clarified the position with

 regard to the entitlement of Educational Institutions to

charge the fees from Class 6th to 8th and 9th to 11th by the

letter dated 22.03.2021.


2.         The learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that since the clarification has been given, this case has

now become infructuous. Therefore, this writ petition is

dismissed as infructuous.
