                         JUDGMENT

By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought following relief:

"i) issue a suitable writ, order or direction directing the Collector Dehradun to decide Case No. 09/2010- 11 Smt. Krishna Kochar & anr Vs State pending before him expedituosly."

2. In view of the direction issued in connected writ petition (WPMS No. 648 of 2021) today itself, no further direction needs to be issued in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
