This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 10.02.2021 passed by learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, in Criminal Complaint No.448 of 2018, Irfan Hussain vs. Rajesh Kumar, whereby the learned court below acquitted the respondent under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

Leave to appeal application has been moved, in which, sufficient grounds have been shown.

Accordingly, leave to appeal application is allowed. Leave is granted.

Admit.

Summon the LCR.

Issue notice to respondent. Steps be taken within seven days. List after service.
