During the course of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to place reliance on certain judgments, which had been rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court. He is directed to supply copy of the same on E-mail of the High Court. Apart from it, he will also ensure to serve copy of the writ petition on the respondents because the respondents have made a statement that they are not in receipt of the copy of the writ petition filed by the petitioner.
