                      JUDGMENT

1. WPMS No. 1793 of 2020 filed by the petitioner was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the Competent Authority for constitution of State Level Committee as contemplated under Rule 13(1) of Uttarakhand Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011.

2. In the contempt petition, it was alleged that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with, inasmuch as, the committee, as contemplated under the aforesaid provision, has not been constituted.

3. Response affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party. In para 5 of the said affidavit, it has been stated that a State Level Committee as per Rule 13(1) of Uttarakhand Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011 has been constituted vide order 05.01.2021.

4. Since the only direction was to consider the representation regarding constitution of committee and such committee has been constituted, therefore, the order passed by this Court stands complied with.

5. Accordingly, contempt petition is closed. Notice, if any, issued to the opposite party is hereby discharged.
