The petitioner raising his grievance as against the answer supplied by the answer key, by the respondents on 23.02.2021, has earlier approached this Court by filing a writ petition being Writ Petition No.597 of 2021 (S/S) Ashish Tyagi vs. Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission, which was disposed of by the judgment of 27.05.2021, directing the respondents to decide the objections, which was invited by the Commission in pursuance to the publication of the first answer key by them on 23.02.2021.

Since no decision on the objection was taken, the matter was disposed of and as a consequence thereto the respondents had conveyed their decision on the objection of the petitioner and the same has been rejected by the order of 12.07.2021.

In that scenario and looking to the circumstances of the case, where the petitioner's objection as against the answers given in second answer key, has been rejected in relation to Question No.83, provided in Booklet Series No.D, no interim relief could be granted, as such, to the petitioner at this stage.

In these eventualities, the respondent nos.1 and 2, who are represented by Mr. Pankaj Purohit, Advocate and respondent no.3 to 8, who are represented by Mr. Narayan Dutt, Brief Holder pray for and are granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. List this writ petition in the week commencing 16.08.2021 for the purposes of considering the stay application.
