                           JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-

(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to transfer/alienate the machinery and other property of the respondent factory Escort Ltd. to the respondent no.5 M/s AMPP Auto Innovators, 263 Kalyan Vihar, Delhi.

3. In view of the order passed with the consent of the parties in connected Writ Petition (M/S) No.1299 of 2021, this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Haldwani is requested to expedite the hearing of Adjudication Case No.32 of 2018.
