Mr. M.S. Bhandari, Advocate for the petitioners in WPSS No.715 of 2021 and Mr. Rajendra Singh Negi, Advocate for the petitioner in WPSS No.719 of 2021.

Mr. P.C. Bisht, Addl. C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand.

The petitioners, who are working with the respondents, had filed this writ petitions contending thereof that they may be granted the benefit of promotional pay scale and the grade pay of Rs.5400/-, based upon the principles of the judgment already referred in writ petition, which was adjudicated by the Coordinate Benches of this Court, squarely covering the controversy in question.

The petitioners contended that for an identical relief, there was yet an another writ petition, which was preferred before this Court, in a writ petition, being Writ Petition No.664 of 2021 (S/S) Kapoor Singh Panwar vs. State of Uttarakhand, which was disposed of by this Court, vide its judgment of 18.06.2021, whereby the direction was issued to the respondents to take a decision on the representation submitted by the petitioners, which in the instant case happens to be the representation dated 25.05.2021 and representation (Annexure 6 undated) of Brijesh Chandra, petitioner of Writ Petition No.719 of 2021, by passing an appropriate order, in the light of the judgments already referred in the order of 18.06.2021.

Hence, these writ petitions too would stand disposed of in terms of the judgment of 18.06.2021, as was rendered in Writ Petition No.664 of 2021 (S/S) Kapoor Singh Panwar vs. State of Uttarakhand.

The petitioners are directed to file an appropriate application, alongwith the copy of the judgment rendered in Writ Petition No.664 of 2021 (S/S) Kapoor Singh Panwar vs. State of Uttarakhand, before respondents in order to facilitate them in taking the decision on their respective representation.

Subject to the above, the writ petitions stand disposed of.
