Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has sought following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant and release the Selection Grade of (Grade pay of Rs. 4800/) to the petitioner from the due date i.e. 01.08.2015, along with arrears with interest.

On the basis of instructions received by Chief Education Officer, Almora, learned Standing Counsel submits that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 11.04.2017 passed by Coordinate Bench of this court in WPSS No. 602 of 2014 and analogous matters.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 11.04.2017 passed by Coordinate Bench of this court in WPSS No. 602 of 2014 and analogous matters.

Order accordingly.
