Mr. Lalit Belwal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Tumul K. Nainwal, learned Brief Holder for the State.

Considering the controversy which entails the academics of the petitioner as he has contended that he has been selected for the purposes of getting an admission in AIIMS PG for which he requires the return of his original documents i.e. MBBS Degree and NOC which he is submitted before respondent nos. 2 & 3. He submits that on account of the conditions enshrined in the bond executed by him, the documents are not being returned which is jeopardizing his interest in getting the admission in AIIMS PG.

Looking to the exigency of the matter, and also considering the judgment which has already been placed on record by the petitioner where a decision with regards to an identical controversy has already been taken.

This writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 3 to consider and pass an appropriate order on the petitioner's application dated 17.01.2021 within 24 hours from the date of service of the order and respondent no. 2 is thereafter directed to grant an NOC in accordance with law.

Subject to the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.

The Registry is directed to issue the certified copy of this order today itself.
