The counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court a judgment rendered in WPMS No.2482 of 2015 'Madan Singh vs. Kartik and others', where I had been the counsel for respondent no.1. Hence, this writ petition is being released and the Registry is directed to place the matter before Hon'ble the Chief Justice, for its appropriate nomination.
