JUDGMENT : (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan)



          Mr.    Sanjay    Bhatt,    learned     counsel     for   the

petitioners, submits that the parties have settled their

dispute. Therefore, the petitioners no longer apprehend

 danger from the respondents.                   Hence, this case has

become infrutuous.


2.             This   writ   petition   is,   hereby,   dismissed   as

infructuous.


3.             No order as to costs.


4.             In sequel thereto, pending application, if any,

stands disposed-of.
