submits that the appellant has filed an application No.
4331 of 2020 for withdrawal of appeal against the

acquittal order. According to the learned counsel for the
appellant, appellant has no desire to pursue this appeal
any further and seeks to withdraw this appeal. Therefore,
this appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
