            Mr. Harshpal Sekhon, learned counsel for the

 petitioners informs this Court that parties are living

happily. Therefore, there is no longer any apprehension of

any danger from respondent Nos. 4 to 11.

2.         Hence, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
