This criminal revision under Section 399 r/w Section 401 of Cr.P.C has been filed by revisionist against the impugned judgment and order dated 22.01.2020, passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal in Criminal Appeal No. 130 of 2019, 'Kafeel Ahmad vs. State and another' as well as order dated 26.08.2019, passed by the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal in Complaint Case No.174 of 2017, 'Gyanendra Aggarwal vs. Kafeel Ahmad'.

Since the revision is time barred, accordingly, delay condonation application (CRMA No.3484 of 2020) has been moved to condone the delay.

Issue notice to the private respondent by dasti on the delay condonation application.

List this matter on 15.03.2021, after fresh for hearing the bail application as well as delay condonation application.
