                          JUDGMENT

Writ Petition (S/S) No. 2132 of 2019 filed by the petitioner was disposed of by Writ Court with a direction to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide petitioner's representation submitted on 07.03.2020 within six weeks of the presentation of certified copy of the order.

2. According to petitioner's own showing, respondent no. 2 has taken a decision on 09.09.2020. Thus, there is no reason to issue contempt notice to the respondent no. 2 for willful disobedience of the order passed by Writ Court.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the respondent no. 2 is bereft of reasons.

5. If that is so, petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

(MANOJ KUMAR TIWARI, J.) Arpan
