                      JUDGMENT

Petitioner is an employee of Uttarakhand Transport Corporation. By means of this writ petition, he has sought following relief:

"i) Issue a writ, rule or direction in nature of certiorarified mandamus quashing the effect and operation of the impugned orders dated 07.10.2017, 22.07.2017 and 31.10.2017 (as contained annexure no. 1 (colly) to this writ petition) after calling the entire record from the respondents and to direct the respondents to release the all service benefits including pay and arrears to the petitioner, had it been the impugned orders were inexistence and also to refix his pay with all increments and consequential benefits along with interest @ 18%, keeping in view the facts highlighted in the bod of the writ petition."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Competent Authority has now passed a subsequent order against the petitioner.

3. In view of the subsequent development, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition for composite relief.

4. Permission is granted.

5. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
