This civil revision has been filed under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 against the judgment and decree dated 07.12.2021, passed by the Judge, Small Cause Court/IInd Additional District Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar in SCC Suit No.37 of 2018, "Bhupal Singh vs. Deepak Goswami", whereby the suit of the respondent-plaintiff has been decreed against the revisionist- defendant.

Heard Mr. Siddhartha Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist.

The learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the learned trial court has not considered the fact legally. He further submitted that the revisionist undertakes to vacate the property-in-question within two years from today.

On the oral undertaking, issue notice to the respondent. Steps to be taken within a week.

List this case on 18.02.2022. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 07.12.2021, passed by the Judge, Small Cause Court/IInd Additional District Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar in SCC Suit No.37 of 2018, "Bhupal Singh vs. Deepak Goswami", is stayed.
