Appellant shall deposit 50% of the awarded amount before the Tribunal concerned. On deposit of 50% of the awarded amount, effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 11.10.2021 passed by MACT, Khatima, Udham Singh Nagar in MACP No. 40 of 2020 shall remain stayed.
