Hon'ble Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.
Mr. Harshit Sanwal, Advocate for the petitioner.
Mr. Virendra Singh Rawat, Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand.
Though, the father of the petitioner has met with the sad demise on 08.11.2021 and the petitioner had applied for grant of compassionate appointment on 12.12.2021, but the same was not being considered by the respondents, on account of the fact that the elder son of the deceased was already an earning. But, still the petitioner preferred a writ petition being Writ Petition (S/S) No.912 of 2021 which was disposed of by this Court on 28.07.2021 directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner.
In the light of the judgment of 28.07.2021, the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner and had rejected the same by the order of 15.09.2021. At this stage, no interim order could be granted in the present writ petition.
The respondents who are represented through the Brief Holder may file their counter affidavit(s) within a period of three weeks.
List thereafter.
