In fact, this is third writ petition, which has been filed by the petitioner for seeking her absorption as ''Shiksha Mitra''. The same stood denied by the impugned order, which is under challenge, which was rendered as a consequence of compliance of the judgment rendered on 22.05.2019 in Writ Petition (S/S) No.1149 of 2019 preferred by the petitioner.

Respondents may file their counter affidavit within a period of three weeks from today.
